An introduction to me

 I don't think any blog would be complete without an introduction to the writer, so here is my biography for your consideration. 

My name is Kade, I'm a transgender man (though I scarcely think that matters) who will be 20 two days after this post goes up and lives in the North of England. 

Where do I begin with my history with dogs? I grew up with a boxer first, a beagle second, a cavalier and now a black lab who has no knowledge of personal space. I have been making advocacy content against extreme breeding for about two years now, and am a strong proponent of radical changes to many breed standards. 

My interest in pugs in particular began as a surface level investigation to find examples of the breed with long muzzles. This quickly devolved into a hyperfixation that remains today. 

I plan on posting many things, mostly in regards to the pug but also tangential ramblings involving other breeds. Whether I get readers or not is irrelevant to me... Though I do hope at least somebody finds value in my works.
